Qualifications

• 3–5 years supervisory experience in fine art logistics or white glove service.
• Industry standard of art logistics including packing, handling, storage, and transportation methods.
• Proven ability in resource allocation and meeting tight deadlines in dynamic environments.
• High degree of autonomy balanced with collaborative management.
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Team Management - Lead, train, and develop facility staff to maintain high performance and retention.
• Operations - Manage daily operational control of the facility and coordinate art handling, logistics, and vendor activities.
• Finance Administration Oversight - Review P&L statements, payroll, and provide accurate estimates to clients.
• Safety, Security & Facilities Management - Lead safety of clients, employees, and high-value art; manage security systems.
