Responsibilities

• Respond to artists and studio needs, communicating with external contacts.
• Monitor exhibitions, manage checklists and loans.
• Coordinate inventory and exhibition management with gallery staff.
• Assist Director in sending offers, obtain images, provenance, press packs.
• Manage Director’s sales, invoices, and insurance appraisals.
• Prepare consignments, contracts, and liaise on cataloging materials.
• Organize Director’s schedule, travel, meetings, and expense reports.
• Manage Director’s inbox and communications.
