Job summary

Adelphoi is seeking a casual A.R.T. Facilitator to support Community-Based A.R.T. cycles in Allegheny County. Sessions run 3 hours weekly on Tuesdays, from 5pm to 8pm, at the CISP center in Wilkinsburg, PA.

Responsibilities include co-facilitating sessions, handling intake paperwork, maintaining progress records, and communicating with probation officers and families about youth progress. Ability to reschedule sessions and adapt delivery as needed is essential.

Qualifications

• Co-facilitation of scheduled sessions with other A.R.T. facilitators.
• Completion of intake paperwork with assigned youth.
• Maintenance of progress records, including weekly and monthly reports.
• Communication with placing juvenile probation officer regarding progress, including absences.
• Communication with family members concerning progress of youth.
• Rescheduling of sessions in case of weather or other circumstances.
• Continual assessment of program implementation and effectiveness.

The program is located at the CISP center in Wilkinsburg, PA.

Requirements:

• Currently a trained A.R.T. Facilitator
• Must be at least 21 years of age, possess a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation, and have the ability to pass all pre-employment clearances/screenings/background checks
