Qualifications

• Criminal background check and fingerprinting required.
• High School Equivalency (HSE) diploma.
• No professional work experience required.
• CDE substitute authorization or teaching license required.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and office equipment.
• Strong classroom management and planning skills.
• Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to support programs to increase student achievement.
• Team player with openness to diverse student populations.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students in large, small, and one-on-one settings; daily duties.
• Create a classroom environment that maximizes instructional opportunity; supervise behavior.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to enhance instruction and outcomes.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
