Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in artistic animation production.
• Experience leading a team preferred.
• Experience working with vendor animation studios preferred.
• Knowledge of drawing software including Photoshop, Illustrator, Harmony.
• A broad knowledge of artistic styles, latest technology and film.
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
• Ability to travel outside of the country.

Responsibilities

• Work with Executive Producer and Director on episodic look and mood.
• Oversee design team and ensure consistency of style across episodes.
• Develop and approve color backgrounds and character styling.
• Read outlines, attend pitches and reviews, flag complexity issues.
• Maintain production schedule and collaborate with vendor studios.
• Lead episodic design and asset launches with partner studios.
