Job summary

Tombras in Knoxville, TN is seeking an Art Director Intern for 8.5 weeks at $18/hour. You will join a top independent agency, contributing to conceptual and visual development with the Creative team.

Ideal candidates are seniors or recent grads in media/advertising, with a strong portfolio and proficiency in Mac OSX, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. This paid internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be a senior in a Bachelor's program or a recent graduate in media, marketing, advertising, or portfolio school.
• Degree is not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Engaging portfolio that showcases strong design skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Creative team to contribute to conceptual and visual development.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director, Art Directors, Copywriters, and Designers to execute design direction.
• Create and edit digital assets for internal presentations and client deliverables.
• Research trends and assist in creating moodboards, sketches, and presentation decks.
• Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned.
