Wingstop in the United States is seeking a Flavor Expert/Cook to deliver our World Flavor. You’ll create wings with bold flavors, prepare made-in-house dressings, and ensure orders reach guests on time while inspiring your teammates.

The role requires experience as a cook, hands-on kitchen skills, and diligent adherence to sanitation and SOPs. You will team with others to maintain cleanliness, stock, and high-quality dishes that showcase Wingstop’s signature taste.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience as a cook.
• Skilled in operating kitchen equipment.
• Skilled in various cooking techniques.
• Must know and follow sanitation procedures.
• Must showcase teamwork and communication skills.
• Must showcase great organizational skills.
• Must be able to multitask and act quickly.
• Must carry at least a high school diploma.
