This in-person role requires collaboration with copywriters, leadership of photo/video shoots with travel, and hands-on involvement from concept to final asset.

A strong portfolio and mastery of Adobe Creative Suite are essential; local candidates who can be in the office at least three days a week will

Qualifications

• 3-6 years in a brand advertising or marketing environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to craft and build creative campaigns.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Detail-oriented, collaborative and motivated.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the visual look of a project or campaign ensuring consistency and clear communication.
• Collaborate with copywriters to generate a high volume of original ideas and concepts.
• Lead the visual development by guiding teams with a clear direction from start to finish.
• Concept and execute across channels with craft, consistency, and detail.
• Maintain awareness of trends to produce new thinking for clients and the agency.
• Lead art direction of photo and video shoots; travel may be required.
• Guide post-production from selection and retouching to final asset approval.
• Understand client business, brand, audience, and competitive landscape.
