Job summary

Elevation Marketing in Gilbert, AZ seeks an experienced Art Director to lead brand systems and digital campaigns for enterprise clients.

You will collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and developers to deliver high-impact design across branding, websites, social, and sales collateral, while guiding creative direction with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of professional design & art director experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing B2B creative and branding systems.
• Agency experience required.

Responsibilities

• Design + Art Direct and produce high-quality creative assets across multiple channels, including digital, print, social media, advertising, web, print and mobile platforms.
• Develop and maintain brand identity systems, ensuring consistency across all touch points.
• Lead design strategy initiatives for select B2B clients, aligning creative execution with business objectives and audience insights.
• Create compelling visual solutions for clients across diverse industries, including technology, manufacturing, agriculture, and industrial sectors.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and developers to deliver cohesive, integrated campaigns.
• Present creative concepts and design idea & recommendations to senior stakeholders, and teams.
• Adhere to industry best practices and client-specific brand guidelines to ensure quality and consistency.
• Follow client brand guidelines and design best practices to ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain and evolve visual standards, ensuring brand voice and tone are reflected in design.
• Generate innovative design ideas that support overarching campaign concepts and brand strategies
