What You’ll Do
- Conceptualization & Development: Drive the creation of innovative ideas that challenge conventions and develop compelling visual narratives for diverse initiatives including social programs, campaigns, and brand experiences. Focus on creating visually captivating stories that resonate with audiences and foster engagement.
- Set the Tone: Establish visual style and direction aligning with brand strategy and cultural relevance.
- Collaborate & Create: Work with Creative Directors, Designers, and Copywriters to deliver cohesive storytelling across platforms, staying ahead of trends.
- Lead & Mentor: Guide team members to foster a collaborative and creative environment.
- Collaborate in Production: Support the delivery of high-quality assets through collaboration with production teams, overseeing shooting and editing as needed.
- Client Engagement: Present and pitch creative ideas confidently to clients and internal teams.
Who You Are
- Creative Visionary: A forward-thinking innovator eager to shape memorable brand stories and identities.
- Brand Storyteller: With 5+ years of agency experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in developing brand identities and campaigns across channels.
- Conceptual Thinker: Skilled at translating briefs into strategic, innovative concepts within deadlines and budgets.
- Collaborative Team Player: Confident in presenting ideas and working with cross-disciplinary teams.
- Organized Leader: Proactive in managing multiple projects, demonstrating strong organizational skills from conception to execution.
Skillset & Tools
- 5+ years of agency experience with a portfolio of innovative campaigns, understanding how to develop cohesive brand stories across channels.
- Experience leading and coaching designers.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI-driven tools to enhance creative processes.
- Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and UX/UI.
- Experience with project management and collaborative platforms.
- Experience creating brand experiences, especially for social media.
- Ability to travel to client sites for one week per month between February and August.
