Job Title: Art Director / Senior Art Director

Location: Remote, must be local to USA

40 hrs a week

Our client, an agency, is seeking an Art Director or Senior Art Director with a passion for bold ideas and a pulse on culture. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in both the experiential and social spaces—someone who can shape stories that make a real impact, whether on a feed or in the physical world.

You’ll be responsible for turning strategic insights into visually powerful concepts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring those ideas to life through activations, content, and campaigns that connect emotionally and visually.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop strong, strategically grounded creative concepts
  2. Lead the visual direction for both in-person brand experiences and social-first content
  3. Oversee production and post-production processes, including shoots, editing, and vendor collaboration
  4. Maintain a strong understanding of design, motion, and visual trends across platforms
  5. Help ensure creative excellence across all deliverables, from initial idea to final execution
  6. Collaborate fluidly with writers, strategists, producers, and other creatives
  7. Present work with clarity and confidence in team and client settings

Ideal Candidate Has:

  1. A strong ability to think conceptually and turn insights into compelling visuals
  2. Experience creating content optimized for social platforms
  3. Proficiency with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
  4. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to creativity
  5. Experience with fast-turn creative environments
  6. A love for emerging trends, pop culture, and innovative storytelling
  7. Previous work on cross-platform campaigns that span physical and digital touchpoints
