Sila Sveta is seeking an experienced Producer to lead technically complex multimedia projects from the initial client brief through production, installation, and on-site delivery. The role requires managing cross-disciplinary teams and coordinating with international clients.

You will guide creative concepts, content production, technical design, installation and launch, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and strong client relationships.

• Prepare proposals, budgets and project schedules.
• Consolidate input from internal teams, contractors and suppliers.
• Present concepts and budgets to clients and manage contract negotiations.
• Lead projects through all stages from concept to on-site delivery.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget while managing quality and profitability.
• Select and manage contractors and suppliers.
• Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates.

Requirements

• Extensive experience delivering full-cycle projects in multimedia, live entertainment, culture, museums, and exhibitions.
• A strong understanding of every stage of a multimedia project, from creative concept development and content production to technical design, installation and launch.
• Experience managing project teams, contractors, and suppliers.
• The ability to build long-term client relationships, win new business, and confidently present and defend proposed solutions.

• A solid understanding of CG and VFX production workflows.

• The ability to bring together creative, technical, production, finance and legal teams.
• Fluent English for negotiations, business correspondence and day-to-day communication with international clients and contractors.
