Cross City Church is seeking an Art & Design Director to lead visually compelling communication across ministries, events, campaigns, and digital platforms. As the primary designer, you will shape the look and feel of our church and ensure every project aligns with our mission and brand guidelines.

You will manage multiple projects from concept to completion, collaborate with teams, and stay current with design trends to deliver polished work that resonates with diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Have a personal, growing relationship with Christ
• Passion for God and spiritual disciplines
• Alignment with Cross City’s beliefs (Baptist Faith and Message 2000)
• Attend Cross City Church or commit to begin upon hire
• Professional design experience with a strong portfolio across print and digital
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
• Creative and detail-oriented; take projects from concept to final execution
• Highly organized; manage multiple projects and deadlines with follow-through
• Collaborative and receptive to feedback
• Self-motivated problem-solver; stay current with design and digital trends
