Job summary

PALS OHIO, LLC. is seeking an Art Coordinator to support individuals with developmental disabilities through arts, creativity and self-expression. You will supervise daily activities, ensure safety, and help with transportation and documentation, promoting a supportive, people-first environment.

The role requires a DOT physical, an Ohio driver’s license with a clean record, and ability to work with diverse groups while maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• DOT physical required.
• Ohio driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Background verification required.
• Ability to supervise adults with developmental disabilities.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and comply with rights of individuals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support adults with developmental disabilities, including money management, personal hygiene, community integration, skill building and safety.
• Maintain accurate documentation for transportation, billing and program records.
• Provide non-medical transportation as needed.
• Routinely check and maintain vehicle function and safety equipment.
• Attend weekly staff/house meetings and uphold company philosophy and people-first language.
• Respect confidentiality and Individual Rights; follow training requirements.
