PALS CHRYSALIS HEALTH CO. is seeking an energetic Art Coordinator to engage adults with developmental disabilities through art, creativity and self-expression. You will lead arts activities, ensure safety, and support daily goals in a compassionate, people-first environment.

Responsibilities include supervision, documentation, transportation, and collaboration with staff to promote independence and meaningful activities while upholding HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must pass DOT physical.
• College degree from an accredited university or equivalent preferred.
• Current Ohio Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Acceptable criminal background verification.
• Willingness to provide supervised support to adults with developmental disabilities.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work with diverse groups and individuals.
• Maintains current and annual training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support adults with developmental disabilities in daily activities (money management, personal hygiene, community integration, skill building).
• Maintain a safe environment and transportation logistics.
• Keep accurate documentation for transportation, billing, and program records.
• Provide non-medical transportation as needed.
• Participate in weekly staff/house meetings.
• Model confidentiality and people-first language in daily interactions.
