Job summary

PALS Chrysalis Health Co. is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support individuals with developmental disabilities across daily living activities. You will supervise, assist, and mentor individuals, while ensuring safety and positive engagement in planned activities.

You will document care and services provided and coordinate transportation as needed, using clear verbal and written communication with the team. A valid Ohio driver’s license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current Ohio Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to provide supervision and assistance to adults with developmental disabilities.
• Demonstrates proficiency in verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work with diverse groups and individuals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Individuals in daily activities.
• Assist with activities of daily living and transportation as needed.
• Provide safe transportation to and from activities.
• Document care and services provided accurately.
