Qualifications

• Must pass DOT physical.
• Ohio driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Background verification required.
• Willingness to provide supervision to adults with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Current training as required by law and company policy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support adults with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with money management and daily living activities.
• Support personal hygiene and community integration.
• Provide non-medical transportation as needed and inspect the vehicle.
