Job summary

Oak Grove Technologies LLC is seeking a seasoned Lane Manager to support ARSOF Training Support Services at USAJFKSWCS. The role will be based primarily at Camp Mackall, NC with travel to Fort Bragg and central North Carolina as required by training.

The ideal candidate is a former Special Forces NCO or officer with Lane Manager or Cadre experience, including Robin Sage operations. A Secret Clearance is required, and duties include coordinating role players and training cadre for complex,

Qualifications

The candidate must be a former Special Forces NCO (Sergeant First Class or higher) or a former Warrant/Commissioned Officer.
Prior experience supporting Special Forces, especially with USAJFKSWCS, in Lane Manager or Cadre roles.
Experience with Robin Sage operations.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills; thrive in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Subject matter expert in all facets of unconventional warfare (UW).
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical duties.
U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate use of role players and training cadre and subcontractors (Site Managers, Cultural Enhancement Coaches, role players).
Establish infrastructure for special projects and classified training courses and exercises.
Support ARSOF training exercises and provide exercise management and SME services.
