Job summary

Oak Grove Technologies, LLC seeks a Lane Manager to support ARSOF Training Support Services at USAJFKSWCS. The position is based at Camp Mackall, NC, with additional travel to Fort Bragg and central North Carolina as required to support training exercises.

Ideal candidates are former Special Forces NCOs or officers with lane management and training cadre experience, holding a Secret Clearance and U.S. citizenship. Able to lift up to 50 pounds and willing to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Former SF NCO (SFC) or higher required.
• Experience supporting USAJFKSWCS and lane management roles.
• Must obtain Secret Clearance and U.S. citizenship.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the use of role players and training cadre and subcontractors (Site Managers, Cultural Enhancement Coaches, and role players).
• Establish infrastructure for special projects and classified training courses and exercises.
• Provide direct support for ARSOF courses and training events.
• Ensure safety, security, and communications during field exercises.
