Job summary

Oak Grove Technologies, LLC seeks a Lane Manager to support ARSOF Training Support Services for USAJFKSWCS. The role is based at Camp Mackall, NC, with duties at Fort Bragg and other central NC locations as training requires.

Qualified candidates are former Special Forces NCOs or officers with lane management or cadre experience, must hold a Secret clearance, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Travel may be required to fulfill training missions and maintain readiness.

Qualifications

• Former Special Forces NCO or officer with leadership in high-tempo environments.
• Experience supporting USAJFKSWCS, lane management or cadre roles.
• Clearance: Secret (required).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate use of role players and training cadre and subcontractors (Site Managers, Cultural Enhancement Coaches, role players) for culture and ALM.
• Establish infrastructure for special projects and classified training courses/exercises.
• Support field exercises and UW-related activities with strong communication.
• Maintain readiness and adapt to fast-paced operational demands.
