Job summary

Urgent Team in Maryville, TN is seeking experienced ARRT Radiology or Limited License X-Ray Techs to join our team. This role performs x-ray testing and operates diagnostic equipment, while also assisting with Medical Assistant duties in a fast-paced urgent-care setting.

The position offers a full-time schedule with rotating 36-40 hour weeks and weekend shifts; training and ongoing education are supported. Requirements include a high school diploma, BLS, and TN X-Ray licensure; ARRT

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS Certification.
• TN State X-Ray License.
• ARRT Certification preferred.
• Experience as a Medical Assistant is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients promptly and maintain clear communication about wait times.
• Operate diagnostic radiology equipment and ensure patient safety.
• Document patient history, vital signs, and procedures accurately.
• Assist front desk with check-in/out when needed.
• Perform quality control procedures and report equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain licensure and certification for radiology equipment.
• Follow established clinical and regulatory safety guidelines.
