Job summary

Urgent Team in Maryville, TN, is seeking experienced ARRT Radiology or Limited License X-Ray Techs to join our team. This role performs x-ray testing, operates diagnostic equipment, develops film, and supports Medical Assistant duties in a fast-paced setting.

Full-time schedule includes 12-hour weekday shifts with every-other weekend; benefits include medical, dental, and vision options, retirement plans, paid time off, and competitive salary. Prior ARRT certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• TN State X-Ray License.
• ARRT Certification preferred.
• BLS Certification required.
• Experience as a Medical Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients promptly in waiting area, exam room, and x-ray room.
• Communicate wait times and guide patients to next steps in treatment.
• Assist with patient transfers and history taking.
• Prepare patients and radiologic procedures, following safety protocols.
• Ensure equipment is functional and report malfunctions to supervisor.
