Job summary

Intertwine Associates LLC seeks an Innovative Solutions Opening (ISO) Coordinator to support ARPA-H programs, driving end-to-end acquisition and program development. You will coordinate proposals, track metrics, and liaise with government program managers, performers, and IT staff in a fast-paced, remote setting.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, analyze data, and represent the client professionally while ensuring momentum and compliance across tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with five+ years of professional work experience.
• Understanding of contracting and/or procurement in government or research.
• Ability to track metrics and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience evaluating IT systems and optimizing processes to boost efficiency.
• Familiarity with information management systems, including Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and administration of ARPA-H programs.
• Manage ISO proposals from receipt through disposition.
• Track metrics and coordinate multiple parallel projects.
• Collaborate with scientists, engineers, contracting officers, IT professionals, and advisors.
• Communicate complex processes clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Represent Intertwine Associates professionally to clients and stakeholders.
