Qualifications

• Experience in a 24/7/365 operations center with multi-agency coordination.
• Two years of information gathering, analysis, and actionable reporting.
• Strong communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to quickly analyze data to assess risks and advise actions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Capable of drafting professional reports and briefings.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze real-time information to assess incidents at multiple levels.
• Develop and disseminate reports, alerts, and briefings to leadership and partners.
• Coordinate with federal, state, and local agencies for information flow.
• Maintain a common operating picture for client facilities.
• Manage multiple tasks under pressure while remaining clear and composed.
• Provide clear briefings in verbal and written form.
• Assist leadership in data interpretation to support decisions.
