Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to join a patient-centered, community-based healthcare organization. This role operates within a PCMH model and collaborates with physicians, ARNPs, PAs, and nursing staff to deliver high-quality care.

You will perform advanced clinical assessments, manage illnesses, develop teaching plans, and ensure accurate chart documentation within 48 hours, 95% of the time. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in a broad primary care clinic setting.
• Prescriptive authority in Washington state.
• Graduate of an accredited ARNP program.
• Current RN and ARNP licensure in WA.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced clinical assessments and manage illnesses within ARNP scope.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs and nursing staff on care management.
• Develop and implement individualized teaching plans for patients.
