New hires for this position typically start between $105,951 and $141,268 annually, depending on factors such as work location, experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, internal equity, and market conditions. While the full pay range is provided to support pay transparency, individual compensation will vary within the range based on these factors.

Serving as a member of PHS Behavioral Health treatment team, the ARNP has overall Medical and/or Psychiatric responsibility for monitoring client’s treatment and staff delivery of clinical services. The ARNP provides medical and/or psychiatric assessments, medication management and treatment; clinical supervision, education and training of the team; and development; maintenance, and supervision of medication and medical treatment policies and procedures.
