Job summary

SAIC is seeking a SIGINT Training Specialist for Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD. You will develop, deliver, and maintain training programs for Army SIGINT missions, including classroom and field-based instruction, and work closely with engineers and program leadership to keep content current.

Ideal candidates have SATCOM/RF experience, strong instructional skills, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or five years of related experience; additional years accepted in lieu of degree.
• Experience in military-related training preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of IT infrastructure, including system administration and network operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies for rapid integration.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to travel CONUS up to 20%.
• U.S. Citizenship with active TS security clearance (ability to obtain TS/SCI).

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and deliver training materials for Army SIGINT systems.
• Provide training for SIGINT collection platforms.
• Conduct new equipment training and mission-specific instruction.
• Coordinate with engineers and project leads to reflect latest capabilities.
• Create and maintain technical documents, user guides, and multimedia content.
• Offer on-site support during testing, fielding activities, and deployments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally supporting SIGINT equipment integration.
