Job summary

SAIC seeks a SIGINT Training Specialist to develop, deliver, and maintain training programs supporting U.S. Army SIGINT missions at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD.

The role involves creating instruction on SIGINT systems, tools, doctrine, and workflows, and collaborating with engineers and program leadership to ensure mission-focused training. Ideal candidates will have operational SATCOM and RF experience, strong instructional skills, and the ability to integrate new technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; five years of experience or more accepted in lieu of degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of IT infrastructure, system administration, and network operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Active TS security clearance with potential to obtain TS/SCI.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and deliver training materials for Army SIGINT systems, including classroom instruction, hands-on equipment training, and field-based exercises.
• Provide training for SIGINT collection platforms.
• Conduct NET, operator refresher training, and mission-specific instructional requirements as needed.
• Coordinate with engineers, developers, and project leads to reflect latest capabilities and upgrades in content.
• Create and maintain technical documents, user guides, and multimedia instructional content.
