Akima Global Logistics in the United States is seeking a Supply Technician to support daily receipt, inspection, and processing of Army equipment being turned in by units at a contractor-operated site. You will ensure compliance with Army regulations and maintain accurate records in logistics systems.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic proficiency in English (reading and writing).
• Knowledge of Army logistical functions.
• 2–4 years of logistics, warehousing, or supply experience.
• Familiarity with Army turn-in, supply, or property accountability operations.
• Army supply and property regulations (AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1).
• Army logistics systems (GCSS-Army, DPAS, LMP).
• Equipment, conditioning, coding and serviceability classification standards.
• Ability to interpret and process supply documentation (DA and DD forms).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational, attention-to-detail, and recordkeeping skills.
• Ability to operate MHE safely and maintain proper storage practices.
• Effective communication and teamwork in a high-volume environment.
• Must have a REAL ID.
• Must have a valid driver's license with proof of vehicle insurance.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a CAC.
• Must be able to obtain Tier1/NACI (Public trust) background eligibility.
• Must be able to travel within the United States as required.
• Travel up to 75% of the time; 90 consecutive days possible, up to 110 days with approval.
• Employees may be required to perform other duties as assigned.

Responsabilidades

• Process equipment and materiel turn-ins from Army units per AR guidance.
• Verify turn-in documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct visual inspections and apply correct condition codes.
• Identify, segregate, and tag unserviceable or excess items.
• Enter data into GCSS-Army, DPAS, or LMP.
• Assist in inventory reconciliation and property adjustments.
• Maintain accountability of equipment throughout the turn-in process.
• Support audits and PARs as required.
• Store, stage, and organize equipment in warehouse or yard.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Follow Army and OSHA safety standards.
• Assist unit supply personnel and coordinate with QA and transport.
• Communicate documentation issues and corrective actions to Army reps.
