Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 12 years of industry experience or Bachelor's with 14 years.
• Must have Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility clearance.
• Ability to manage IT contracts and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and management of IT programs for Army Military Intelligence.
• Coordinate across stakeholders to align program goals with mission priorities.
• Manage documentation, quality assurance processes, and financial oversight.
