This effort enables intelligence consumers to discover, access, and share relevant Intelligence Community (IC) reporting—both all‑source and single‑source—across the networks they operate. Oversees all phases of the program lifecycle, including initiation, requirements definition, resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management. Ensures compliance with contractual obligations, cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
  • Coordinates across stakeholders to align program goals with mission priorities and deliverables. Manages task assignments, monitors progress and verifies successful completion of deliverables.
  • Leads development and maintenance of program documentation, including project plans, status reports, and performance metrics.
  • Implements quality assurance processes and change management strategies to maintain program integrity.
  • Provides financial oversight, including budget planning, cost analysis, and forecasting.
  • Facilitates communication between technical teams, leadership, and external partners to ensure transparency and timely issue resolution.
  • Drives continuous improvement by assessing emerging technologies, industry best practices, and lessons learned to optimize program outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Project Management, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with 12 years of direct industry experience.
