Job summary

KMRG, LLC is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to support the U.S. Army Student Detachment (USASD) at Fort Jackson, South Carolina. You will assist approximately 1,700 Army students worldwide with personnel actions, pay, entitlements, and day-to-day HR support.

Responsibilities include processing in/out actions, IPPS-A tasks, travel coordination, and maintaining military personnel records. The role requires strong organizational skills and familiarity with DoD HR systems; onsite schedule is

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience performing administrative support functions.
• Experience coordinating or managing assigned administrative tasks, projects, or workflows.
• Experience using enterprise databases or automated business systems.

Responsibilities

• Process Soldier in/out-processing, including records reviews, order verification, and personnel tracking updates.
• Prepare and process IPPS-A personnel actions, including promotions, awards, reassignments, leave, and separations.
• Compile personnel accounting and strength-management reports supporting assigned Soldiers.
• Maintain accurate Soldier data and track administrative actions in Government HR systems.
• Review and apply current Army HR publications, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Complete assigned personnel actions within established performance standards and timelines.
