Advanced Technology Leaders, Inc. seeks a Soldier Support Institute Functional Analyst and Data Integration Capability Developer to support JCIDS, SMC and CONOPS documentation, reviewing data interfaces, and proposing integration solutions for mission command systems.

You will participate in IPTs, CCBs and IPRs, prepare briefings, and collaborate with teams to ensure DOTMLPF impacts are understood. A bachelor's degree and 4+ years in HR/AG/financial software integration are required, with U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from accredited college.
• 4+ years experience providing technical guidance and analyzing HR, AG, and financial software applications and integration.
• Ability to review SSI contents in CRD, BCAC, and JCIDS to ensure equities are integrated for CDID and Training Development tasks and PEOs.
• Ability to collaborate with other teams to create test plans, analyze test cases, and escalate issues.
• Ability to perform software integration and engineering of existing mission command and operational systems.
• Able to obtain a U.S. Passport and travel domestically and internationally.

Responsabilités

• Review and comment on documents supporting TPO SMC mission including JP, TTP, ATP, SOP, Army Regulations, DA Pamphlets, and CE standards.
• Review documents from Army automated systems development and acquisition community and suggest data interface and integration improvements.
• Review and propose changes to SMC CONOPS ensuring correct hardware and allocation strategy.
• Analyze and verify DOTMLPF impacts from business process and policy changes.
• Participate in meetings, briefings, Workshops, CCB, IPT, CoC, IPR to accomplish tasks.
• Prepare and present briefings; provide weekly input and progress updates to Government teams.
