Job summary

A defense solutions provider is seeking a highly motivated Data Integration – Team Lead to support the Army G-2. In this role, you will provide operational intelligence integration and lead a team in delivering data-centric support. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in data governance and leading team tasks. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required. This position is on-site at Ft. Belvoir, VA and requires Active DoD TS/SCI clearance.

Evans & Chambers Technology is seeking a highly motivated Data Integration – Team Lead to join our team!

Overview

The qualified candidate will support the Army G-2 with comprehensive operational intelligence integration and data-centric support. The candidate will respond to requirements across multiple theaters of operation, helping commanders to establish and sustain a Common Operating Picture. Core services include cross-domain solutions, secure network access, data management, systems integration, and access relevant reporting across U.S. and multinational platforms.

Clearance: Active DoD TS/SCI (with ability to obtain a CI poly).

Location: Ft. Belvoir, VA (on-site).

Qualifications

• 4 years of demonstrated experience providing data integration support in the form of data governance, data architecture, data warehousing, data quality management, metadata management, data operations management, and data discovery.
• 4 years demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination.
• Demonstrated experience in foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to draft and maintain documentation such as SOPs and produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with small groups on data and information requirements and coordination tasks.
• Demonstrated experience working with bilateral or multilateral partners in the areas of intelligence information sharing or intelligence data/system interoperability.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures and produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts.

Desired Education

• Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. Or equivalent education such as an Associates degree with 7 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline OR High School Diploma with 9 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline.
• Ability to obtain DoDD 8140.01 (formerly DoDD 8570.01-M) certification / IT Level II within 30 calendar days of indoctrination at HQ INSCOM.
