Advanced Technology Leaders, Inc. is seeking a Software Analysis and Data Integration Capability Developer to support the Soldier Support Institute. The role focuses on reviewing defense documents, defining data interfaces, and aligning capabilities with JCIDS and CONOPS.

A SECRET clearance is required or pursued during the contract. Work entails cross-team collaboration, technical evaluation of software applications, and contributing to data integration strategies within mission command

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, CS, physical science, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of experience conducting reviews of business situations and performing complete, accurate analyses using reporting/analysis tools.
Strong technical background to analyze and evaluate business processes and requirements.
Provide technical expertise for evaluation of software applications and integration recommendations to enhance performance.
Collaborate with other teams to create test plans, analyze test cases, and escalate issues to leadership.
Perform software integration and engineering of existing mission command/operational systems and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
Research and design of complex computer systems and written white papers on new technologies.

Review and comment on documents supporting TPO SMC mission, including JP, TTP, ATP, SOPs, Army Regulations, DA Pamphlets, and CONOPS standards.
Review documents from Army automated systems development and acquisition community; recommend data interface and integration solutions.
Review and propose changes to SMC capability docs, CPD, Requirements Definition Packages, Capability Drops, and related architectures.
Review and provide changes to CONOPS ensuring hardware and allocation reflect.
Analyze and verify DOTMLPF impacts from policy and business process changes.
Attend meetings, briefings, IPTs, CCBs, CoC, and IP reforms to fulfill contract tasks.
Prepare and present briefings; provide weekly input and technical support to progress reviews with Government team.
