SMX seeks a Business Process Analyst to serve as domain authority for Army financial, transactional, and administrative processes. You will extract legacy logic from old tools and transform it into configurable modern workflows while ensuring strict accounting validations, posting rules, and audit logs.

You will guide workshops with process owners, lead functional testing (UAT), and manage transitions to long-term sustainment teams, mitigating risks during capability migrations.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Secret Clearance (or higher) required.
• 5+ years of experience in business process implementation and solutioning.
• 5+ years of SAP functional design experience.
• Experience with Army Business Processes.
• Experience in GFEBS solution design.

Responsabilités

• Analyze legacy custom-built database applications and document complex workflows into technical requirements.
• Identify regulatory constraints and operational impacts of migrating legacy capabilities.
• Map legacy structures and master data configurations from various systems.
• Define validation rules for transactions, reclassifications, and funds distribution.
• Lead workshops, perform UAT, and transition support to sustainment teams.
