Job summary

The United States Army Reserve is seeking construction engineers to operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, road graders, scrapers, and backhoes to support engineering projects.

You will be responsible for operating machinery in varied terrains, following safety standards, and supporting combat engineer missions. Enlistment is required, with opportunities for training and advancement within the Army Reserve.

Qualifications

• Must pass a criminal background check with no open law violations.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be a US citizen or I-551 cardholder.
• Must pass a drug screen.
• No felony.
• Must currently be in good health with no physical limitations.

Responsibilities

• Drive bulldozers and road graders as well as other heavy earth-moving equipment to clear and excavate.
• Operate scrapers to cut and spread fill material and transport heavy construction equipment.
• Assist with combat engineer missions.
• Operate all-wheel vehicles and equipment over varied terrain and roadways.
