Job summary

United States Army Reserve is seeking construction engineers to operate bulldozers and other heavy equipment to support military construction projects. No experience needed and enlistment into the Army is required.

Duties include driving bulldozers and road graders, using scrapers to move fill material, operating heavy machinery on varied terrain, and assisting with combat engineer missions. Benefits include education assistance, health and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen or I-551 cardholder.
• Must be between 17 and 34 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass a criminal background check with no open law violations.
• Must pass a drug screen.
• No felony.
• Must currently be in good health with no physical limitations.

Responsibilities

• Drive bulldozers and road graders, as well as other heavy earth-moving equipment to clear and excavate.
• Use scrapers to cut and spread fill material, transport heavy construction equipment with tractor-trailers, and assist with combat engineer missions.
• Operate all-wheel vehicles and equipment over varied terrain and roadways.
