Job summary

The United States Army Reserve invites candidates to enlist as Construction Engineers. You will operate bulldozers, backhoes, excavators, scrapers, and other heavy equipment to advance military construction projects on varied terrain.

This role includes training in soil placement, grade stakes, and equipment handling, with education benefits, signing bonuses, health and retirement plans, and paid time off. Enlistment is required.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen or I-551 cardholder.
• Must pass a criminal background check with no open law violations.
• Must pass a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Drive bulldozers and road graders, as well as other heavy earth-moving equipment to clear and excavate.
• Use scrapers to cut and spread fill material, transport heavy construction equipment with tractor-trailers, and assist with combat engineer missions.
• Operate all-wheel vehicles and equipment over varied terrain and roadways.
