Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Event Planner to manage DoD and Army protocol conferences in the National Capital Region. You will serve as the single point of contact between the sponsor and government planners, coordinate lodging, meals, facilities, and speaker arrangements, and lead on-site execution.

This role requires an active SECRET clearance, a Bachelor's degree, and at least three years coordinating large government events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years coordinating conferences, including lodging, meals, facilities, transportation, and speaker coordination.
• Active SECRET clearance required.
• Experience supporting DoD, Army, or other Federal Government conferences, particularly senior leader forums.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate DoD/Army conferences and events, including lodging, meals, facilities, transportation and speaker coordination.
• Lead on-site staff, subcontractors, and venue personnel during execution.
• Develop and maintain the QC Plan and ensure performance against the QASP and PPS.
