Job summary

Akima Global Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee Class IX warehousing and mass turn-in operations for U.S. Army units. You will supervise receipt, inspection, storage, and processing of repair parts, ensure property accountability, and maintain ISO 9001:2015 records.

You will lead clerks, ensure regulatory compliance, manage audits, and report data in logistics systems. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or business preferred.
• 5+ years warehousing with 2+ years in supervision.
• Army experience in Class IX repair parts management preferred.
• Ability to obtain CAC and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise receipt, inspection, storage, and processing of Class IX parts.
• Oversee mass turn-in operations and ensure accurate documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Army regs (AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1).
• Lead and train supply clerks and warehouse staff; enforce safety.
• Verify turn-in docs and data entry into GCSS-Army, DPAS, or LMP.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly supply status reports.
