Job summary

Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a Workforce Development Analyst to support Headquarters DoD arms control workforce management and strategic communications within the National Capital Region.

The role entails tracking billets, reviewing manpower documents, and coordinating workforce initiatives across AF/A1 and Major Commands. Strong analytical reporting and communication skills are essential for success at the HQ level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or 3+ years of related experience in HR, workforce management, or program analysis.
• 3+ years of experience in workforce development, manpower, or force management.
• Experience with manpower documentation and workforce analytics.
• Experience producing executive-level briefings and reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME support for recruitment, management, and development of the Treaty Compliance Officer workforce.
• Track designated DoD arms control billets and manage manpower documentation.
• Develop quarterly workforce status reports and recommend actions to close staffing or training gaps.
• Coordinate workforce development initiatives with AF commands and stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver briefings and presentations on manpower, training, and workforce topics.
