Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks an Armory Work Center Maintenance Manager II with a Secret clearance to lead maintenance operations for Combat Weapons Systems. The role requires hands-on repair expertise, supervision of support staff, and coordination of parts and documentation to ensure mission readiness.

You will travel CONUS and OCONUS for training and assessments, adhere to Lautenberg requirements, and lift up to 75 lbs as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years’ experience repairing small arms.
• Must meet Lautenberg Amendment requirements.
• Must be prepared to complete Armorer course.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain NSW/SOCOM Combat Weapons Systems (CWS) through repair and troubleshooting.
• Conduct depot-level repairs and assist in CWS inventory and handling.
• Provide supervisory oversight of Maintenance Customer Service Representative.
• Manage initial DD Form 1149 documentation and gear returns.
• Travel CONUS and OCONUS for training and assessments.
• Ensure compliance with security and safety regulations.
• Support armory operations and equipment readiness.
