Job summary

GardaWorld is seeking a first-line supervisor for the secured transportation team. Monday to Friday shifts, you will coach and lead armored route crews, coordinate and schedule Armored and ATM routes to meet customer requirements, assign vehicles to routes, and maintain branch security.

You must have at least two years of supervisory experience in transportation or logistics, a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), and an armed-endorsement with required permits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Armed position requires permits or licenses to carry.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• CDL with no air-brake restrictions may be required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Clear oral and written communication with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Supervises secured transportation employees to ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinates and schedules armored and ATM routes to meet customer needs.
• Assigns vehicles to routes and liaises with vehicle services.
• Assists Branch Manager with daily tasks and payroll-related duties.
• Fills in on routes when needed and maintains branch security.
• Reports policy violations and maintains professional appearance.
