Job summary

GardaWorld is seeking a first-line supervisor for secured transportation operations in Burlington, VT. You will lead a team, coordinate armored and ATM routes, ensure policy compliance, and maintain safe and efficient service delivery.

Key requirements include 2 years of supervisory experience, a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), valid driver's license, and knowledge of FMCSRs. The role expects clear communication and hands-on payroll and reporting duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Armed position requires local/state permit to carry a sidearm.
• Be able to obtain/maintain state guard licensing as needed.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• May be required to obtain a CDL with no air-brake restrictions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Proven ability to lead teams with clear oral/written instructions.
• Knowledge of FMCSRs and related pocketbooks.

Responsibilities

• Supervises transportation employees to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Coordinates and schedules armored and ATM routes to meet customer requirements.
• Assigns vehicles to routes and liaises with the vehicle services department.
• Completes daily billing and route productivity reports.
• Assists with payroll, incentives, workers’ compensation and accident reports.
• Orders uniforms and supplies; maintains branch security during hours of operation.
• Trips for temporary duties to other locations when needed.
