Job summary

Norway Health Center LLC is seeking an Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) Worker to support clients in their homes and communities in the Twin Cities area. You will deliver practical skills training, help clients regain independence, and develop recovery goals with guidance from a mental health professional.

The role emphasizes building therapeutic relationships, documenting case notes, and coordinating with care teams while meeting DHS guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: High School Diploma and one of the listed options.
• Associate of arts degree or two years of postsecondary behavioral sciences coursework.
• RN license or relevant healthcare experience is acceptable.
• Bachelor’s degree with behavioral sciences coursework preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ARMHS services meeting DHS and Medicaid requirements to an established caseload.
• Develop therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Provide clinical interventions under supervision.
• Teach life skills and recovery goals with clients.
