Job summary

Solsura is seeking a compassionate Mental Health Practitioner (ARMHS) to provide Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services to adults across the Twin Cities metro area. While the Minnetonka office exists, the role is primarily community-based with occasional meetings at the Minnetonka office.

You can select regular workdays and keep a consistent weekly schedule with approved adjustments as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in behavioral science or related field.
• ≥ 2,000 hours of experience serving individuals with mental illness or related needs.
• ≥ 4,000 hours of experience serving individuals with mental illness or related needs.
• Completion of practicum/internship in social work, psychology, or counseling.
• Fluency in a non-English language representative of the population served.
• 30 semester credits (45 quarter credits) in behavioral sciences or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Provide Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) to adult clients.
• Teach and reinforce skills through coaching, modeling, and guidance.
• Complete Functional Assessments and develop Individual Treatment Plans.
• Support clients in improving daily living, social, coping, and independent living skills.
• Build professional, respectful, and culturally responsive relationships.
• Travel throughout the community to meet clients in home and community settings.
• Maintain accurate documentation and client records in compliance with DHS Rule 245I standards.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
• Collaborate with treatment teams and community providers to support client success.
