Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, employees, and visitors at public transportation facilities.
• Conduct armed patrols of facilities, platforms, parking areas, transit vehicles, and perimeters.
• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with emergency responders.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized access and theft.
• Prepare reports and logs per Allied Universal procedures.
