Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 21 years old or older
• Documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• CT State Security Guard License endorsement
• Immunizations up to date
• Able to pass a thorough screening process
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the full shift

Responsibilities

• Respond swiftly and professionally to emergencies, disturbances, and potential criminal activity.
• Monitor access points and perform security checks on vehicles and personnel.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and other security personnel to address incidents.
• Enforce company regulations while interacting with the public in a courteous manner.
• Provide detailed written reports documenting incidents and observations accurately and promptly.
