Security Supervisor – Top Secret w/Polygraph

• Salary: $74880 - $93600 / yr + Benefits Package**

* Employment Type is Hourly (Full-Time) at a rate of $36-$45/hr; O/T wage opportunities and day / night shifts are also available

Employer is seeking a TS-ClearedSecurity Supervisor for Full-Time employment (W-2) in San Antonio, TX. The Security Supervisor will manage and supervise on-duty shift personnel and escalate issues and incidents to the US Government Agency corporate partner’s Site Security Manager. Please note that relocation assistance will not be provided.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Conduct pre-shift inspections and supervise on-duty shift personnel
– Escalate issues and incidents to the Corporate Site Security Manager
– Create entries and narratives into the Desk Journal (SharePoint site)
– Monitor alarms, video cameras, and other signals
– Answer telephones and provide customer service to visitors and employees
– Operate the access control system, issues access control badges, ensures required personnel pre-access documents have been properly signed, etc.
– Issue and maintain any hard keys in the key management system
– Conduct inventories of security staff equipment and report malfunctions
– Consistently maintain the documentation and follow standardized procedures in preparation for unannounced audits

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

– Must possess an activeDoD TOP SECRET clearance with Full-Scope Polygraph at time of application
– Experienced and knowledgeable with SharePoint
– Possess a minimum of 3 years of prior experience as a cleared security escort
– Must be willing and able to work in San Antonio, Texas; relocation is not offered so local candidates are preferred
– Willing to work Overtime and on flexible hours/shifts

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

– Prior US Military preferred
– Have military experience with security and access control
– First Aid and CPR/AED certified
